I first became certified as a birth doula in 1999 with the Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators. I later re-trained and obtained new and current certifications which led to my becoming a doula trainer, myself!

For 25 years, I have worked to empower women & birthing people to take their birthing experiences and their postpartum health into their own hands.

I became a doula before many even knew what that word meant! ' have my own unique story surrounding my personal birth & postpartum recovery that led me to start this agency. I know how hard this journey can be...which is why you need our doula magic to make it so much easier!
