Each doula is trained and then certified with a top doula training organization. They are all insured and have CPR training.

We match potential clients with 1 or 2 doulas to interview and choose the right fit for their family. Clients typically get a primary doula and a backup doula, depending on how many hours chosen. You will have the opportunity to interview, virtually, with your doula before you select the one for you.

I certified as a birth doula in 1999 with the Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators. I later re-trained and obtained new and current certifications which led to my becoming a doula trainer, myself!

For 25 years, I have worked to empower women & birthing people to take their birthing experiences and their postpartum health into their own hands.

I became a doula before many even knew what that word meant!

I’m a wife and a mother with three amazing school-aged children who keep me on my toes. I enjoy spending time outdoors, volunteering, and reading. I’m blessed to be Mom to 3 extraordinary humans - my son (20), my daughter (18), and my exchange student daughter (19). These superkids have taught me more than I could ever teach them, and I'm honored to share my learning, insights, and love with you.

I am a work of art, and the roles in my masterpiece include mother, daughter, sister, friend, neighbor, partner, wife; athlete, mentor, and coach; best friend, lover, creator, and giver; teacher and student; traveler, explorer, bridge builder, and peacemaker. My professional background has given me diverse careers, including positions as an environmental engineering manager; environmental sanitarian; public health and emergency preparedness specialist; volunteer coordinator; life-saving skills instructor; educator; life coach; and certified postpartum doula through the esteemed Prodoula.

I am passionate about lifelong learning and meeting people where they are in life, providing love and support as they pursue fulfillment and optimal health. Engaging with children comes naturally to me, and I believe that early childhood is foundational for cultivating happy individuals and a better world. Hi! My name is Tiffany. I am a Mom of 3 (2 boys and a baby girl) and I am married to my high school sweetheart! I became a doula after having my second son and having a traumatic birth experience that left me searching for what I could have done differently. What I found was that the support of a doula could have drastically changed my birth experience. It was then I realized that I wanted to be that for other families. As your doula, I strive to be the calm and reassuring presence you need from providing physical comfort techniques during labor to offering emotional and educational support before, during, and after your birth. I believe in the power of informed choice, non-judgmental support, and creating a space where you feel safe, confident, and heard. I have years of experience as a certified doula and have attended a wide variety of births as well as having 3 very different experiences of my own. My goal is to ensure you feel empowered, informed, and cared for throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. Outside of my work as a doula, I enjoy going to Disney World with my family, going on walks with our 2 Golden Retrievers, Camping, Reading, and dancing. I’m a 2nd generation postpartum doula and social work student at WSU. My passion for birth work was sparked at a young age by witnessing my mother (who’s a 4th generation midwife) help families grow. I literally grew up in a family full of doulas, IBCLC’s, and midwives so I’ve naturally learned to care for women and babies throughout pregnancy and the fourth trimester. After witnessing my mother’s personal struggle following the birth of her 8th child, I became deeply committed to supporting families through this vital time. My work is rooted in my belief that the postpartum period is just as important as childbirth itself and that everyone deserves nurturing care and support as they grow their families. As a dedicated advocate for women, I value the power of community and the importance of support.

Outside of my academic and professional life, I’m an art and fashion enthusiast, with a special passion for styling. I wholly enjoy DJing and spending quality time with my beloved kitty, Dior. My long-term goal is to combine my education, experiences in birth work, and my creativity to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment for families from all walks of life.
