PRENATAL YOGA & MASSAGE
One of the best things you can do for yourself while you’re pregnant is find a really great yoga or stretching program. It doesn’t have to be a prenatal class, specifically, especially if you have experience with stretching or you practiced yoga prior to pregnancy. Prenatal massage is also wonderful!
